Security

Static Security (unarmed)
TAGw will provide unarmed security officers trained and outfitted to command a professional appearance at any venue. All of our officers exceed the minimum training requirements as dictated by the State of Illinois and can be relied upon to approach and diffuse any situation with a calm and professional demeanor. From business-casual to formal, our security officers will blend seamlessly in any environment and can be counted on to provide the highest level security in the least obtrusive manner.

Static Security (armed)
In the same manner as our unarmed security, TAGw provides armed security officers that far exceed the minimum requirements mandated by the State of Illinois. Furthermore, TAGw strives to hire current and retired Chicago Police Officers which insures that our armed security officers are not only college educated, but have also attended one of the best police academies in the country. Other agencies may be represented if they meet TAGw’s stringent requirements, and our clients are always welcome to inquire on the professional backgrounds of the officers we provide. As expected of TAGw, our armed security officers will maintain a professional appearance while assimilating flawlessly into any given environment.

Illinois 20 Hour Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) Training
Security is paramount in today's society, and its role has become increasingly important to the public and private sectors as agencies strive to ensure the safety of their citizens and business strive to protect their assets and clients. Any person employed by a private detective agency, private security contractor agency, private alarm company, or locksmith is required by the State of Illinois to complete a certified 20-hour training program as the first step toward obtaining their Permanent Employment Registration Card (PERC). TAGW's 20-Hour PERC Training program will cover all subject matter mandated by the State of Illinois, including:

Weapons of Mass Destruction Training
Would you or your co-workers know how to respond in a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) incident? In this day and age anyone is vulnerable, and everyone should know how to respond. There is a constant threat against our society from various terrorist elements, and citizens and private security will have to act as first responders. TAGw can provide WMD response seminars presented by Department of Homeland Security certified WMD instructors. The curriculum will cover topics ranging from recognizing a WMD incident to proper response and triage of casualties. Those completing the course will receive a certificate from the Dept. of Homeland Security stating that they are certified at a WMD Response Awareness level. Computer Forensics

TAGw offers complete computer forensics services. These can range from remote to on-site services. Our skills include:

Electronic Data Discovery (EDD)
Recent surveys confirm that more than 90 percent of all documents produced since 1999 were created in digital form. Due to valid increased concerns about employer liability in the event of improper employee activity, cyber forensic investigative services are being utilized with increased frequency. Our computer forensic experts combat child pornography, the exploitation of minors, copyright infringement, theft of trade secrets and intellectual property, employee fraud, spying on supervisors, productivity barriers, non-work-related downloading/bandwidth jamming, network insecurity, and many more elements of the ever changing technological world. We work within legal limits and on all operating and hardware systems to conduct:

CPR/AED/First Aid Training

On January 01 2005, the Illinois General Assembly passed Public Act 093-0910, requiring public and private indoor fitness facilities to have AEDs and personnel certified to operate them on site, with penalties for violations. A copy of the act can be found here.

TAGw offers the most respected CPR, AED (automatic external defibrillator), and First Aid training in the industry: American Heart Association Certification. We come to your site and train individuals or your entire staff. We bring all equipment, including mannequins and disposable barriers as well as practice AEDs. Successful completion of the course results in issuance of certification wallet cards.

TAGw offers the following A.H.A. certification levels:

Healthcare Provider CPR – required for nursing students, nurses, medical/dental office staff, EMS personnel, respiratory therapists, and rehabilitation/senior/nursing home staff.

Heart Saver CPR and Heart Saver CPR/AED.

CPR and First Aid in the Schools (adult and pediatric).

Friends and Family CPR.

Friends and Family First Aid.

Protection

Personal Protection
At times a situation will arise where a client feels that there is an active threat against them or someone close to them. TAGw has the capability to provide a Personal Security Detail for our clients ranging from very simple to very elaborate; the scope of which is only limited by our client’s desires. Mr. DeMato has received hundreds of hours of training in providing personal protection and will oversee all of TAGw’s protection details. He is a State of IL certified Dignitary Protection Specialist, Emergency Medical Technician, and has executed numerous protection details while under contract with the US Dept. of State, deployed in Iraq. All of TAGw’s protection specialists are trained in the many unique aspects of providing personal security and can be relied upon to present our clients with the highest standards of service. Mr. DeMato will hand-pick protection specialists based on the client’s needs and can insure that a TAGw protection detail will be integrated seamlessly into the everyday activities of our client.

Intelligence

Intelligence services include the gathering, translating, organizing, and disseminating of all information pertinent to matters of security. These can range from federal background investigations on individuals needing Top-Secret clearance for employment in agencies such as the D.E.A., A.T.F., and other government organizations to those partnering with the Defense industry in research, development, and manufacturing.
