Mr. DeMato currently holds the rank of Detective with the Chicago Police Department, and is awaiting promotion to Detective Sergeant. Prior to his Detective role, Mr. DeMato was a plainclothes Tactical Officer in Chicago's Englewood district.

During a one-year leave of absence, Mr. DeMato proudly served his country when he was hired by the U.S. Department of State to train and mentor Iraqi police officers, enabling the country to attain acceptable and democratic societal standards. Deployed in 2005-2006, he conducted this training hands-on through the streets of Iraq, and has also executed numerous convoy and Personal Security Detail missions in the Baghdad, Samarra, and Tikrit regions.

Before entering the realm of law enforcement Mr. DeMato spent a number of years in the private sector with Embassy Suites Hotels, a subsidiary of the Hilton Hotels Corporation, where he was Director of Security at their flagship property located in downtown Chicago. Later he instituted and managed the program for Embassy's Lombard, IL property and traveled to various locations throughout the country to consult on in-house security development. Additionally, Mr. DeMato performs as an Executive Protection Specialist, utilizing discreet, professional, and expert tactics to ensure the personal safety of high-risk and often targeted clientele and their families.

Mr. DeMato's vast training and experience in security analysis, training, and implementation provide The Atlantis Group Worldwide with the tools to execute flawlessly in order to attain mission objectives.
